No shipping costs will be charged to the customer for returns or exchanges requested within this period.

The product must be returned in the same original condition in which it was received, with its original tags and accessories. It must not have been washed, used, damaged, stained, or exposed to any unwanted odors.

Defective Items

If your product arrives with a defect or develops a defect that affects its intended use, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Little Noise will cover the costs related to resolving the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection rights.
